7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. Volunteers arrive
8:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. Training
8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Volunteer greetings and preparation
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Teams walk neighborhoods and install alarms
