Planned budget cuts will eliminate vital programs for the most vulnerable among us - children, elderly and the disabled. The $153 million in cuts to the State budget last year have already had devastating impact:

4,000 children lost all or some services to remain safely at home
1,100 individuals experiencing homelessness no longer receive shelter services
261,000 residents do not have sufficient resources to acquire food for the next three days

What is equally troubling is the increased need in food, shelter and services among a broader group of Arizonans – people like your friends, family and co-workers.
