Annual event puts the "fun" in fundraiser

Do you dream of running the bases at Chase Field? Perhaps you want to earn the title "top selling vendor" and win autographed D-backs memorabilia? Or, maybe you just want to have fun with friends and family while helping the community?

Valley of the Sun United Way and the Arizona D-backs want you to join us for our Annual Shirts Off Our D-backs Event, Friday, September 25 - Sunday, September 27. All proceeds will benefit the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation and Valley of the Sun United Way.

VOLUNTEER benefits include:

• Free and convenient parking privilege for the date(s) volunteered. 
• Volunteers on Friday and Saturday will receive tickets to enjoy the rest of the game. 
• Top selling vendors win autographed D-backs memorabilia. 
• Certificate for two tickets to a 2010 regular season D-backs game.  
• Post-game on-field recognition and opportunity to run the bases (Sunday only).

All volunteers will be participating as vendors selling scratcher cards, so we ask that you bring energy and enthusiasm to help United Way and the D-backs meet the growing needs in our community.

Additional volunteers are needed for Sunday, September 27.
